Quality Programme
The NOMEX® Quality Programme is a new approach that will ensure that we and our spinner, weaver, knitter and garment manufacturer partners can offer garments that match the end-users requirements for inherent thermal protective apparel. This is achieved providing the best quality assurance of protection, comfort, durability and cost effectiveness.
In effect, we’re aiming to provide an entirely new level of quality and performance assurance.
Our NQP partners, identified with the NQP seal, have long-standing relationships with key end users across Europe and have detailed knowledge of their needs. DuPont brings a global overview of technology and product development. Working together, we’ll be able to anticipate and respond to market developments with greater speed and insight. In the end, the winners will be the men and women our products protect.
NOMEX® NQP members will have privileged access to DuPont fibre and fabric innovation, technical expertise and state-of-the art product testing facilities, including unique THERMO-MAN® and ARC-MAN® rigs that enable the quality and performance of finished garments to be precisely monitored.
